Job Description: Architectural Intern

Role:

Join our international team of architects as an Architectural Intern and transform initial concepts into manufacturable designs. This position offers an immersive experience in the practical aspects of architectural design, documentation, and presentation.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of Working Drawings:

    • Develop detailed working drawings from conceptual sketches.

    • Produce architectural plans, elevations, sections, and intricate details, ensuring alignment with industry standards and specific project requirements.

  2. BIM Model Preparation:

    Utilize BIM software to develop comprehensive 3D architectural models.

    Ensure accuracy and precision in all model details.

  3. Preparation of Presentation Drawings:

    Design and compile visually compelling presentation materials.

    Craft renderings, diagrams, and graphics to articulate design narratives.

  4. Assist with Other Architectural Tasks:

    Research relevant building codes.

    Coordinate with consultants on specific projects.

    Prepare preliminary cost estimates and other required documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Must be enrolled in an Architectural program or possess a degree in Architecture.

  2. Demonstrated proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit/ArchiCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

  3. Exceptional visual, graphic, and communication skills, especially in the realm of presentation drawings and renderings.

  4. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, showcasing excellent teamwork and interpersonal aptitudes.

  5. An acute sense of organization and meticulous attention to detail in design and documentation tasks.

  • The exact duration of the traineeship can be tailored based on your academic or professional commitments. This position is particularly suitable for students in the advanced stages of their studies or fresh graduates.
