U.S. Patent Granted to Ekotekt

We are proud to announce that Ekotekt has been granted a patent in the United States for its innovative 3D printing method for manufacturing building elements.

This follows the earlier grant of the same patent in Finland (Patent No. 20227104) and marks a significant milestone in strengthening our international intellectual property portfolio.

The patented method forms the core of Ekotekt’s approach to carbon-negative construction — enabling the scalable production of healthy, sustainable, and industrialised building systems. This recognition from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), granted in just around four months and with no objections, reflects the novelty and technical strength of our invention.
